Are That's My Jam® jams gluten-free?

Yes. That's My Jam® jams are gluten-free.

What is the shelf life for That's My Jam® products?

We guarantee the quality of our Jams for two years (24 months) after production (see “Best if used by” date printed on the side of the cap).

What’s the difference between Preserves, Jelly, and Jam?

Preserves are made from cooking whole fruits, including the skin and seeds. Each of That’s my Jam's recipes in its 4 flavors of jams ensures that pieces of fruit are present in each jar. Jellies are made from only the juices of fruits. Jellies offer a uniform texture, are clear, and firm compared to preserves and jams. Jams are made from crushed fruit and fruit puree, not whole fruit.

How long are your delivery timings?

During the checkout process, you will have the option to choose from available FedEx delivery methods : Ground Shipping, 2 Day Shipping, Overnight Shipping.

Can I ship outside of the U.S.A?

No we only ship in the U.S.A.

My delivery is running late?

How can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order is paid, we can’t modify or cancel it. We do our best to prepare and ship your order as fast possible to reduce delivery timings.
